Reporting to the Marketing lead, the Analyst will join our team to support the generation of new qualified leads, to ultimately help hit our revenue goals in 2023 and beyond. This role will provide critical support through a diversity of tasks, including events coordination, data analysis, marketing collateral and channel management support as well as software management and administration.

What You'll Do
- Assist in the planning and promotion of various marketing events across channels like webinars, conferences, roundtables, community events. Support the experimentation of new channels as needed.
- Lead the execution and support the performance analysis of all marketing and sales events.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Aid in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and reporting on key metrics.
- Contribute to written communication effort and inbox management, including drafting and proofreading marketing collateral, emails, and social media posts.
- Manage and maintain marketing and sales software platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms. Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is welcome
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring digital marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns and online advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis purposes.
- Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

- Analytical abilities. A comfort with data (Excel) to organize information in a value added way. Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce and other marketing and sales software reporting is welcomed.
