Description:
The Administrator, Marketing is responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in all aspects of day-to-day operations, as well focusing product placement and pulls, tracking and analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as creative, in-store, cross functional marketing teams, merchants and media agencies, to ensure impeccable plan delivery
- Support the development of executional briefs, work-back schedules, creative and approval processes to ensure successful execution of all plans
- Review creative and copy decks to ensure brand adherence and guidelines are met across multiple channels
- Populate postmortem decks with analysis of marketing campaigns
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
- Coordinate and manage shipping of products throughout key seasonal moments
- Assist the IndiogKids and Indigobaby Social Media Specialist with content filming days
- Ensure the completion of team deliverables and set/adhere to team budgets, as applicable
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all design and decision-making processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
