Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Classroom instruction to cadets, entry-level, upgrader, PTS or Industry Services students;
- Workshop and laboratory instruction and supervision;
- Instructional counseling, evaluation and preparation;
- Administrative responsibilities, including assignments, examination marking, and student evaluation;
- Curriculum development, maintenance and program enhancement;
- Administrative processes required to ensure appropriate resources are in place to deliver training;
- Other duties directly related to instruct/facilitate of trades and vocational programs;
- Input into development of modifications to workshop and instructional areas.
- Preparing and presenting online teaching, classroom lectures, classroom management; practical demonstrations, and working collectively/collaboratively with the Marine Engineering Department Head and faculty members.
- Maintaining a commitment to the campus’ quality management system per ISO 9001:2015.
- Student supervision on industry field trips.
