Description:

As Country Head, you will play a vital role in expanding and scaling the Canadian operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the main client representative, building and growing client partnerships. You will also lead the Canadian team, instilling a positive culture in alignment with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and scale Canadian operations, building a strong team
  • Act as the main client representative, nurturing and growing client partnerships
  • Monitor team's performance to meet company KPIs and targets
  • Drive growth and improve client experiences through innovative ideas
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards
  • Deliver regular board reports and communicate with teams outside of Canada


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced business management or sales role, ideally in professional services
  • Experience in scaling businesses within Canada and the US
  • Fluency in French is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of data protection and compliance
  • Knowledge of the privacy industry in Canada, US, and EU
  • Multi-lingual capabilities in European languages
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
