The Technology Risk Management (TRM) team within Information Risk Management (IRM) is actively searching for an experienced Manager to act as an Archer Champion and drive risk initiatives on the roadmap to successful implementation.
You’ll be part of a wider IRM community of over 150 information risk professionals and hundreds of other information security and business continuity professionals in all our locations. Your contribution in this role will be to engage and work with stakeholders from 1st Line of Defense (LOD) and 2nd LOD on various risk initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting process workflows, testing Archer configurations and training staff on usage of Archer all the while keeping the strategic usage of Archer for risk management and governance at the forefront.
This position will have a component for supporting our Asia stakeholders and will require interactions with our partners in Asia on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Archer initiatives through documentation of requirements, process flows and user acceptance testing while representing information risk management in key internal forums
Provide subject matter expertise to Archer users by communicating best practices through knowledge documents, periodic and ad hoc training/lunch and learn sessions and through other engagement platforms such as Yammer, SharePoint, etc.
Support our Asia IRM partners which includes resolving inquiries timely, occasionally attending meetings during evening hours and acting as a point of contact for inquiries and requests
Act as liaison between the various stakeholders and Archer support teams as solutions are being developed to meet business requirements
Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to meet IRM requirements and timelines
Advocate for usage of Archer to capture key processes, risks, and controls. Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to increase adoption of Archer usage.
Build knowledge on the services and operating model of the 1st line and 2nd line governance and assurance teams across all segments
Advocate for a strong information risk culture and work with the business to reinforce accountability and transparency across the organization
