Position Overview:
As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and develop progressive recruitment strategies to ensure LifeLabs attracts, engages, and hires top talent. This strategic leadership role focuses on enhancing the candidate journey, driving innovative sourcing solutions, and aligning talent attraction efforts with LifeLabs’ overarching People Strategy and business goals.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Services and Optimization, you will play a critical role in ensuring LifeLabs builds a diverse talent pipeline, strengthens its employer brand, and optimizes recruitment processes through technology and data-driven approaches.

Qualifications:
✅ 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume, matrixed environment
✅ Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring talent acquisition teams
✅ Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals
✅ Experience developing recruitment strategies across diverse business functions
✅ Data-savvy — able to analyze recruitment data to drive insights and make informed decisions
✅ Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and DEI practices
✅ Knowledge of best practices in recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
✅ Familiarity with Canada’s healthcare sector is an asset
