The Service Delivery Division provides income and disability assistance services online, by phone, or face to face in our communities. We strive to ensure our services are reliable, responsive, inclusive, and accessible to all British Columbians who need our support.

The Community Services Branch delivers programs and services through a face-to-face front counter environment to clients across the province. The Community Integration Services Branch delivers programs and services through inreach and outreach environments to connect individuals in communities with services across the province. The Virtual Services Branch delivers programs and operational services to clients across the province through a virtual service delivery model.

The Role: The Manager, Service Delivery is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and integration of a variety of employment and assistance programs through partnerships with stakeholders in provincial, federal and municipal governments and, with community agencies. This position has responsibility for managing operational service delivery and program areas for our division in a virtual and face-to-face environment. The Manager, Service Delivery plays a critical leadership role in implementing the vision and mission of the Ministry as we work to enhance the way we deliver services in a provincial service delivery model.

Job Requirements

• Related degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive, related experience in a service delivery organization.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
