Responsibilities
Lead 1-2 team(s) of 5+ engineers with the goal of building digital solutions to humanize the world of credit cards for millions of Canadians
Provide feedback, career coaching and participate in talent and succession planning
Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside of the box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of applications within the Software Studio
Bring passion to stay on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technology
