Description:
The Manager, Service Delivery is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and integration of a variety of employment and assistance programs through partnerships with stakeholders in provincial, federal and municipal governments and, with community agencies.
Job Requirements:
- Related degree and three or more years of related, progressive experience in a service delivery organization*.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Three years of related, progressive experience in a service delivery organization must include:
- Experience leading significant change initiatives, and
- Experience resolving complex staff, process and client issues.
Additional experience must include one or more years of:
- Experience meeting deadlines while managing a high volume of work with competing/conflicting demands.
- Experience problem solving and making decisions.
- Experience developing innovative approaches and adapting to policy and technological change.
- Experience exercising a high level of professional judgment, sensitivity, empathy, tact and diplomacy.
- Experience working in a virtual environment and holding people accountable.
- Experience developing and maintaining successful relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations, training, and briefing notes.
