Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Technology, the Manager – IT Infrastructure will be
responsible for selecting, implementing, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure on-premises
or in the cloud. The Manager will be accountable for networking, servers, storage, unified
communications, database management & integration, data backup, security operations and
system administration. The Manager also oversees infrastructure roadmap planning, including
the migration to Cloud Services and is accountable for maintaining current awareness of vendor
product development cycles. The Manager is responsible for managing on-going operational
support, which includes problem/incident resolution, routine maintenance, and delivering on
enhancement and change requests. They will lead the IT Infrastructure team, representing the
team to other stakeholders, helping to ensure operational efficiency, and contributing toward
continuous improvements of the IT Infrastructure operation. They will manage IT Infrastructure
staff, track compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), manage escalations, and work with
business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure delivers value and is meeting business
requirements for functionality, availability, and performance.
