Description:
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Support the Divisional Vice President (DVP) on cross-functional and large-scale brand projects such as seasonal campaigns, mini campaigns and network project management. Includes:
- Ensuring the path to move from strategy to execution is clearly laid out
- Presenting findings and recommendations in a compelling way that can be shared at an executive level
- Ensuring solutions are based on strong analytics and insights including post-mortem analysis
- Demonstrating thought-leadership
- Support cross-functional team in building out seasonal campaign concept, initiatives, and KPI’s to support business priorities.
- Proactively lead the development of forward-thinking marketing campaigns and ideas to support business strategy
- Effectively influence cross-functional marketing teams, defining the operational skills, processes and environment required to meet organizational needs and achieve overall strategic goals
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration with internal teams to maximize execution success
- Help prepare annual and in-season planning, while continually optimizing program efficiencies
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies for injection into new campaigns
- Lead, motivate, and retain a team of high performing employees that is capable of delivering results
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
