As a Manager, Business Transformation your responsibilities will include:

  • A passionate business process expert who has an improvement focus leading the implementation of behavioural changes enabled by technology and manages the effective adoption, reinforcement and integrates change in alignment with our strategy.
  • A leader in the roll-out of our internal transformation program within the region; aligning the fundamental processes and ways in which we work across the country to ensure consistency for all colleagues and our clients through the delivery of training, rolling out and understanding new enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand feedback and provide objective data driven approach to improve organizational performance.
  • Design, implement and deliver business performance/improvement programs in areas such as business process reengineering, business performance improvement, client and colleague relationship management.
  • Leverage data analytics to suggest program opportunities and recommendations for future progression.
  • Oversee and identify deliverables, as well as coach Analysts on the team.
  • Help business units to successfully navigate through critical business changes and address complex issues.
  • Foster an environment and culture that encourages productivity, innovation & teamwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.
