Your role
Our future colleague will be responsible for a variety of change projects in collaboration with our clients according to their strengths and interests.
· In collaboration with the team, plan, execute and follow up on various projects to improve performance, customer experience and/or employee engagement.
· Carry out diagnostics, develop strategies and improvement plans, support leaders and teams through the change process
· Facilitate workshops with the client's teams
· Coaching managers and conducting training sessions related to their expertise
· Establish and develop a partnership with project sponsors and clients
· Manage the various stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction
· Identify new opportunities for collaboration with clients during a mandate
· Make presentations to share your expertise in the Contact Center community
· Coordinate the work of the analysts working on his/her projects
