KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures associated with the maintenance and asset functions;
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials used in the building trades;
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and construction techniques within historic and contemporary assets.

ABILITIES

  • Ability to carry out semi-skilled trade functions related to building and equipment maintenance;
  • Ability to perform a variety of labour tasks in a safe manner;
  • Ability to provider leadership on the jobsite;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and manuals.
