Be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the entire Liquor Store Team Leaders and Team Members in all areas of People, Financial, Market Growth, Sustainability, Operational Excellence & Safety.
Be sales growth orientated and committed to providing excellent customer service
Work with event coordinators, resellers, and licenses to build sales
Create and exemplify a strong customer service culture and outstanding customer experiences
Be a champion of sourcing local products and forging strong local partnerships
Have robust product knowledge and be invested in continuous training
Lead and support a team, ensure engagement, trust and collaboration within location Team and other Co-op Liquor Teams
Adhere and maneuver through AGLC rules, regulations, and company policies
Provide creative and innovation solutions in promoting products through social media, and traditional promotional advertising
Be safety aware and contribute to building a positive safety culture
