Life Claims Administrator

 

Description:

Main accountabilities:

  • To maintain established service standards

  • To set up new claims in system

  • Process faxes and emails received to adjudicators

  • Process administrative tasks on claims such as payments and follow-up with internal/external partners

  • May perform other related activities as required

 

Competencies:

  • Attention to detail

  • Bilingualism (French, English) required- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners

  • Written and verbal communication skills with an ability to handle inquiries of a sensitive nature

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges

  • Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities

  • Ability to balance high work volumes

  • PC knowledge
