Description:
Main accountabilities:
To maintain established service standards
To set up new claims in system
Process faxes and emails received to adjudicators
Process administrative tasks on claims such as payments and follow-up with internal/external partners
May perform other related activities as required
Competencies:
Attention to detail
Bilingualism (French, English) required- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
Written and verbal communication skills with an ability to handle inquiries of a sensitive nature
Organization and time management skills
Customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities
Ability to balance high work volumes
PC knowledge
