We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team member interested in helping our Agents service their clients and deliver memorable client experiences.


Your Role within PIB

  • Receive and process policy changes, such as Ownership or beneficiary change etc.
  • Take client calls and assist with their requests
  • Take agent calls and assist with their requests
  • Investigate policies as needed
  • Send out updates to agents on policies
  • Process any incoming mail assigned to you
  • Daily follow ups and any changes
  • Keep LifeSystem updated with any changes / notes
  • Assist other areas in the depart as requested
  • Work on Department Projects as assigned (example Billing projects)
