Lead Software Engineer

Description:

TekRek has partnered with a growing real estate SaaS firm that already has a stable product offering. This company is in an interesting spot, they have 50 employees already and two stable products. They’re looking for their first Lead ML (NLP/LLM) Engineer to help them build their latest AI offering.

As the Lead ML (NLP/LLM) Engineer you will

• Play a lead role in development of the SaaS product using Python, SQL, and AWS.
• Have a seat at the leadership table and will help lead the direction of the companies technology choices
• Lead architecting solutions that follow best practices for secure and distributed systems
• Be a bridge between product, senior leadership, and the technical team
• Mentor and lead more junior team members

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in progressive machine learning/software development positions
• Experience working with and integrating natural language processors (NLP)
• Strong experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred) and developing backend architecture
• Experience using their tech stack of Go, Python, SQL and AWS is preferred
