The Role
As the Lead of the Advisory Service program, you will design and manage initiatives that help priority partners enhance digital service delivery across government. You’ll guide the team’s work, support new projects, and foster professional growth, all while advising on continuous improvement strategies. This role plays a vital part in making public services more accessible and responsive, directly benefiting citizens. Candidates will find inspiration in leading a collaborative team, tackling complex challenges, and driving innovation in a dynamic, high-change environment that values equity, inclusion, and leadership development.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Related Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline, public administration, digital governance and/or human-centred design. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience consulting organization(s) to achieve outcomes that impact service delivery and related digital products.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to iteratively create and improve products and services.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a customer service environment.
