Landscape Foreman

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to oversee commercial landscaping projects. You will manage and lead a crew to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of tasks, plantings, hardscaping, and irrigation systems. A strong focus on safety, client satisfaction, and project efficiency is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers on commercial projects.
• Oversee the maintenance and installation of landscapes, including turf care, plantings, and irrigation.
• Ensure that all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew schedules.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping techniques, including turf management, plant care, and hardscaping.
• Experience with large-scale irrigation and landscape maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
