Description:
As Key Accounts Executive you will be developing, negotiating, and managing key strategic customer partnerships through joint business planning. You will be leveraging these partnerships to execute priorities and actions in alignment with commercial strategies.
You will be accountable for:
- Developing and executing business plans specific to the designated regional accounts in line with commercial strategies to grow company products and manage total company portfolio
- Managing designated regional accounts at all levels and developing relationships that enable achievement of plans as well as communicating all progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Influencing growth in the category and at Account through effective strategic quarterly planning, fact-based selling and decision-making process leveraging tools and cross functional resources
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing any customer service issues in a timely fashion
- Managing and monitoring customer trade spend through continuous analysis & review of the business performance, to support financial and operational plans
- Working collaboratively with the Field Sales team to effectively communicate banner initiatives, priorities and business details to support flawless execution of the Business Plans at retail level
- Negotiating and maintaining joint commercial agreements that maximize revenue, profit and performance.
- Supporting Key Accounts Manager in management of National Account designated to them
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF You are a performance driven and can manage several priorities, work with hard timelines without compromising KPIs. You bring with you:
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years progressive sales management experience
- Previous experience in FMCG is an asset
- Bilingual: French/English is an asset.
