Junior Parts Sales Representative

We have an opening for a full time, permanent Junior Parts Sales Representative at our Alliston store.
This is a great opportunity to learn and be mentored in this career path.

This position will provide the candidate the opportunity to learn the role which is the first point of contact for
our parts customers, over the counter and/or by phone, providing an exceptional customer experience. The
parts sales representative provides consultation on customer’s parts needs in a friendly and professional
manner, and maintains up to date knowledge on our product lines. This role will also learn the shipping
receiving function and support that as required.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of and experience in parts systems, inventory control procedures, service and whole

goods sales environments is an asset

• Agriculture knowledge is an asset
• Shipping receiving experience an asset
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills

• Solid computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Current drivers license and clean abstract
