Effective time management, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role!
Responsibilities
- Plan and build media buys/proposals within campaign parameters.
- Execute any revisions to media plans.
- Assist Media Managers with media plans, bookings & reporting.
- Using data and metrics, analyze reports for station/campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization of media campaigns.
- Prepare campaign, market, attribution & trend analyses.
- Promptly respond to all email inquiries.
- Internally collaborate with all team members to execute efficiently.
- Assist with any billing discrepancies or queries.
- Support and assist Media Managers directly to ensure client deliverables are being met.
- Compile network rates, avails, and post-reports.
- Assist with external bookings and internal TV & Radio Media inventory.
- Assist internal team members with last minute inquiries, requests, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with all other departments on questions and concerns.
Qualifications
Education:
- Post secondary education (Advertising/Media background is an asset)
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications with strength in Excel
- Ability to prioritize time efficiently and work within deadlines provided
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to be proactive in terms of assisting the team, problem solving, multitasking, etc…
