As our new Junior Graphic Designer, you will:
- Execute design projects. You will create visually appealing and well-executed designs for various mediums, such as email, digital, and social media, adhering to both brand and channel requirements.
- Collaborate. You will gain the trust of stakeholders and develop insights into their brand and campaign needs. You will create mock-ups for creative approval and work closely with the Marketing Delivery team to ensure high-impact visuals meet expectations and achieve cohesion between design and messaging.
- Produce assets. You will create, optimize, and repurpose existing assets, images, and templates for direct channels, including email, push notifications, web, app, and social media, ensuring they all adhere to Scene+ brand guidelines.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. You will conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to catch any errors or inconsistencies in design files, typography, colours, and layouts before final production or distribution.

You have experience in email campaign design and may have exposure to multi-channel production design. You have a portfolio demonstrating a range of work produced and a strong understanding of design type, typography, layouts, and more.
- The technical toolbox. You are highly proficient with industry-standard design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma. You excel at illustrating your ideas and plans and applying feedback while defending your choices.
- The drive. You have a growth mindset and a results-oriented approach. You are a creative problem solver who can approach design challenges with creativity, adapt to various project needs, and deliver innovative solutions.
