Description:

As a Junior Designer, assigned tasks will be largely production-based, with supportive opportunities to learn and grow along the way. You must be proficient at using industry-standard software to adapt and reformat artwork for social, web and out-of-home advertising. As a member of the design team, you will attend weekly virtual meetings with the rest of the designers and contribute to brainstorming. Working closely with the Design Team Lead, you must be comfortable receiving feedback and creative direction. As a member of the larger MarComm department, you will have opportunities to work cross-functionally with other in-house teams, including photo, video, web, marketing and communications.
