Junior Customer Service Associate

 

Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Use project management software for filing of distribution and tracking instructions, creating dockets, and coordinating the scheduling and production of printing products.
  • Prepare advertising work orders for internal and external use, listing specs, and distribution instructions.
  • Assist in tracking weekly kits and flyers while working promptly with local Co-ops and print vendors to resolve distribution issues quickly.
  • Assist in preparing weekly flyer distributions for Team Book promotions and answer inquiries related to jobs in the print shop.
  • Other duties as required.

You will be part of a team of marketing professionals and will report into the Marketing Supervisor. This collaborative team strives to cultivate a culture of customer-focus by delivering quality print products for local Co-ops, Zone, and Home Office in an efficient manner.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

  • Have a one-year office administration certificate (or equivalent).
  • Have 2 years of related experience (preference will be given to those with previous printing customer service experience).
  • Have experience in logistics or distribution analysis.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
