The IT Support Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting information systems, networks, and infrastructure to meet the separate and distinct needs of the Departments. This position provides front-line client-focused entry-level IT support and confidently interacts with internal support teams and clients, ensuring appropriate expectations are set and met within our environment. To succeed in this role, you will be confident in your ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and maintain a broad, strategic perspective of how your work contributes to the success of your clients.
