Description:
You are customer-service-oriented, have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology-rich environment.
Working with your IT department colleagues, you will be supporting end-user computing environments, devices, applications, and local area networks.
You will assist users with their information technology needs, deploy and support computer systems, and help with planning and improving technology support and security procedures.
Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post-secondary education in a computer-related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft-based network, and strong organizational and communication skills.
You have a valid BC Driver's license.
