Whilst the role has no people management responsibilities, you will be working with a wide range of senior stakeholders, so somebody with great communication skills, and an ability to work with people across the organisation would be a great fit.
A bit about the job:
You will own the E2E service, operational service performance and external stakeholder management across a set of IT services within UK Life and manage the communication and interactions with all related stakeholders.
You will also help drive service availability, stability, resilience and effectiveness of IT services working with the application support teams and wider infrastructure organisation during operational hours to protect the business.
Aviva uses "smart-working", and the person in this role can be based anywhere commutable to an Aviva office.
