As an IT Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining and facilitating the implementation of multiple quality strategies for business solutions. Your responsibilities will cover complex and large-scale interventions, offering guidance and coaching to other quality specialists while supporting project teams with quality-related tasks. You will collaborate closely with architects and delivery teams to establish, maintain, and enhance quality processes.

This is a leadership role requiring you to act as a quality practice expert within your sector, promoting integrated quality approaches across various development processes. Beyond your technical skills, you are expected to provide strategic leadership in quality processes, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement quality strategies tailored to the needs of targeted teams.
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure functional and non-functional quality requirements are considered from the ideation phase.
  • Advise management by interpreting quality indicators and providing expert insights.
  • Mentor teams on software quality practices and coordinate local quality communities.
  • Represent the sector in quality-related discussions both within and outside the organization.
  • Document technical solutions and quality practices to ensure product sustainability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or related field).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT quality assurance.
  • Experience defining quality strategies and coordinating team efforts.
  • Proven ability to coach teams and implement best quality assurance practices.
  • Proficiency in French (mandatory).
  • Advanced intermediate English proficiency (required for interactions with anglophone partners, clients, and tools).
  • Familiarity with Xray.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Sikuli, Selenium).
  • Other combinations of education and relevant experience may also be considered.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: March 31, 2025
  • End Date: March 31, 2026

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site required).
