Description:
The (Senior) IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s IT systems and infrastructure. This includes a specific focus on ERP development and maintenance using Infor technologies, as well as the integration and support of Business Intelligence solutions. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to align IT strategies with the overall goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Planning:
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead IT strategic planning and advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and trends.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure the team’s adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- ERP Development and Maintenance (Infor):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s ERP system using Infor technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize ERP functionality and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Support:
- Manage the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the Data Warehousing Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data storage, accessibility, and security.
- Provide support for Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring their effective utilization across the organization.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and manage IT security protocols to safeguard the organization’s data and information systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Evaluate and recommend investments in technology to enhance business efficiency.
- IT Support and Helpdesk:
- Oversee IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective end-user support.
- Implement and maintain IT helpdesk procedures.
