Description:
The IT Knowledge Management Analyst is a highly customer-oriented role requiring a strong focus on organizing new and existing documentation and provide training and technical facilitation ensuring sustainment of all knowledge artifacts to ensure and currency and availability of production environment support documentation.
This role will apply Knowledge-Centered Service methodology, a set of processes/practices that leverage knowledge as a key asset of the support organization and implement and apply continuous improvement to the practical steps for capturing, structuring, and successfully reusing knowledge through the knowledge management process.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
The requirements for this position are acquired through completion of a post secondary diploma in information technology related discipline.
Experience
Requires four (4) years of technical writing and knowledge development experience in an information technology operational and service delivery environment, which may include:
