Description:
The successful candidate for an IT Helpdesk Technician I ($ 40.24/hour) must have the following qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma from a recognized institute of technology in information systems.
- Minimum two years’ working experience managing Windows and iPhone Operating System (iOS) endpoints, Internet Protocol (IP) Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi Communication, Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Communication, Active Directory, audio/video equipment, printing, and POS equipment with one year of experience managing Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Group Policy, and Windows Server in an end user support role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an RCMP enhanced security clearance. If you are unable to obtain or maintain an RCMP enhanced security clearance, your employment with the City will be terminated.
- Valid BC Driver’s licence - Class 5.

- Minimum two years’ working experience managing Windows and iPhone Operating System (iOS) endpoints, Internet Protocol (IP) Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi Communication, Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Communication, Active Directory, audio/video equipment, printing, and POS equipment with one year of experience managing Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Group Policy, and Windows Server in an end user support role.
