IT Delivery PMO Manager

We have an opportunity for a PMO Manager responsible for managing various IT “infrastructure” delivery requirements across multi-complex projects supported by the business. Working with our IT Ops & DEV Ops team as well as the business, you will build project charters, design strategies, and develop standards to delivery in a timely manner. Using strong leadership skills, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities by prioritizing tasks, onboarding & coaching talent and conducting regular performance feedback to ensure continued improvement to get the best quality of the end product. You will attract, train, and develop employees to ensure they are engaged, delivering, and developing. Conduct regular performance “enablement” discussions, establish L&D plans, and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements

• (Must have) At least 5 years of front-line complex project management and 2 years of leading PM teams (both Contract & FTE)
• (Must have) Development and implementation of change management and communication planning
• (Must have) Management of capital budgets
• Experience in building strong business cases for Executive presentation
• Certifications – (Nice to have) PMP certification, CSM Certification

Other

• Strong skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong proven influencing skills
• Proven success on managing complex projects across organizations
• Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or similar project delivery tools
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet
