We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to join our fast-paced and innovative Information Technology and Services company. As the IT Delivery Lead/Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of complex IT projects in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, while also serving as the Scrum Master to support agile principles and practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality IT solutions.

What you’ll do
- Work with Demand Manager to ensure all impacted teams are identified and ensure an estimate and plan is put in place for the project.
- Work with Line Manager and Business Leader on planning 30-60-90 work planning and call out risks if any around resourcing and delivery.
- Build a timeline on when each Agile Lead has to start and finish their piece of work.
- Project burn rate, overrun, quality and other risk to senior delivery leadership/business sponsor on a weekly/biweekly manner.
- Ensure project is delivered in the provided cost with minimal quality issue.
- Facilitate Spring planning, daily scrums, and sprint retro.
- Work with other Agile Lead for releases with dependent code changes.
- Understanding department specific release process and ensure team follow all the release gates.
