Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an IT Applications Manager for our IT department. This position
will require you to assess business process requirements and identify application solutions
keeping an awareness of the latest software development and how it can make the
business more efficient and successful.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to problem-solve and be proficient in
communicating with all levels of employees. The candidate must be an independent self-
starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information

Systems, or a related field

• Certified Microsoft Dev Ops Engineer expert is an asset
• 5+ years of current work experience as an IT Applications Manager within a mid-

size to large organization

• Experience with managing both software development teams and ready made

applications

• Experience working within a legal environment an asset
• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels
