Your Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse responsibilities using equipment
  • Investigate and identify the root cause of inventory variances
  • Manage physical inventory counts on short timelines
  • Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts
  • Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) programme
  • Process claims and warehouse transfers
  • Inspect and correct Inventory Diagnostics
  • Client exit and deletion procedures
  • Entry and release of the count plans within the Warehouse Management System
  • Pick support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods found during processing
  • Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System
  • Identify nonconformities and potential nonconformities
  • Direct customer interaction to resolve issues
  • Comply with GMP requirements as applicable
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 2+ years of logistics experience in Contract Logistics environment
  • 2+ years of inventory experience with the ability to investigate, analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Order Picker certification beneficial
  • PC literate, has experience with Microsoft suite and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certificate is considered an asset; CIFFA I + II certificates is considered an asset
