Description:
A qualified candidate-
- must fluent in English, a good command both in verbal and written
- Needs to be acquainted with eCommerce business in Great China region.
- Has a profound understanding of Maritime Canadian agriculture and has an established network in F&B distribution channels in Great China and Southeast Asia.
- Develop toB and toC sales channels both online and offline in Great China region.
- Has abundant resources to build and enhance brand awareness across Asia, mainly Great China, with cost efficiency.
- Is able to develop mid-term and long-term business strategies and initiate new channel development projects, and build high sales increase rate in long run.
- Has a product development mindset and is able to develop new products, utilizing local agricultural strength and technologies while meeting new and emerging market needs and fit Asian markets.
- Competent in independently making decisions for critical moments while demonstrating a strong team work capability.
- Is familiar with Canadian, especially Nova Scotian business practice for at least 3 years.
- Is able to work under pressure with limited resources as well as work between different time zones.
- Willing to travel to Asian markets as requested.
- Could meet KPI agreed with top management and maintain a reasonable annual growth rate.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce or agriculture.
