We’re looking for a talented Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at
GolfNorth Properties! If you love creating eye-catching designs, thrive in a collaborative
environment, and have a passion for golf (or want to learn more about it), this might be the
perfect fit. As our company grows, you'll get to work with different brands, styles, and marketing
campaigns, so design adaptability and a love for variety are key! This is what someone who
would succeed in this role has:

  • Has 4-6 years experience as a Graphic Designer with a diploma in Graphic Design or

related study.

  • Is extremely strong with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Is a self-starter who can work independently and stay motivated with little supervision
  • Has a solid understanding of design principles like colour, composition, typography, and

user experience, both for print and digital designs.

  • Is highly organized and has great time management skills to tackle multiple projects.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and loves solving problems.
  • Is a great communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • You’ll stand out if you have the following experience and skills:
  • Have experience with Adobe After Effects.
  • Have copywriting skills.
  • Are familiar with the Avada theme for WordPress.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design & Production: Create various marketing materials for GolfNorth and its

subsidiaries. Typical examples include print materials, email campaign graphics, digital
ads, trade show materials and displays, in-house signage, and logo and brand
development.

  • Brand Consistency: Design within established brand guidelines to ensure all our

materials have a consistent look and feel.

  • Website Support: Assist in editing and building new pages on our WordPress-based

websites using the Avada theme.

  • Collaborate:Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, who will assign tasks and

deadlines and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to brainstorm and develop
concepts for marketing campaigns and collateral.

  • Vendor Communication: Collect quotes, communicate with vendors and GolfNorth

stakeholders, and file invoices related to your design projects.

  • Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for

marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives.

  • Manage Your Design Projects: Handle your design projects across different GolfNorth

brands and businesses, keeping them organized and on schedule while following our
internal project management process.

  • Quality Control: Review and proof all materials before publication or release to ensure

accuracy and brand alignment.
