Description:
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a strong design background and sales experience. This role is crucial in driving sales and building relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be working out of our retail location in a busy core area, engaging with a steady stream of potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide design recommendations and solutions that align with client visions and ErbRose's offerings.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and goals within the designated time frame.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
- Work from our retail location in a busy core area, interacting with walk-in clients and showcasing our product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the design or home improvement industry.
- Strong design background with the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
