The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in law, human rights or equity-related disciplines, humanities or social sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience interpreting policies and legislation and providing advice or counsel in an employment context.
  • Experience conducting investigations and writing investigation reports.
  • Experience or training in threat assessment, trauma informed investigation and adjudication, procedural fairness and natural justice, mediation and negotiation, conflict management and restorative processes is an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
