Description:
Melnik Custom Fabrication is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves driving sales of manufacturing products and solutions by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. You will focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
A passion for client service and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers, integrators, and key stakeholders through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Assess client needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering detailed product information and pricing.
Maintain communication with clients regarding specific opportunities and monitor deal progress.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
Collaborate with marketing, design, fabrication, and sales teams to implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and cost estimates.
Technical Expertise:
Develop a thorough understanding of Melnik’s products and manufacturing capabilities.
Address standard product inquiries, providing detailed explanations and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and project milestones in Hubspot CRM software.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on performance metrics.
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing or fabrication industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product details.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
