Description:
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations / proposals.
- Develop and execute an approved quarterly business plan
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a Sales Force database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
Requirements:
- Passion for finding and identifying those who “want to learn more” about our products and services – a true hunter
- Able to work well in a Team environment
- Results-driven self-starter who is persistent and highly motivated to generate leads and increase earnings despite rejection
- Proficient with web-based software and technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask provide exceptional follow up.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications [Minimum required Education and Experience]
- College or University degree
- 2 years of selling B2B software, with a quota
- Real Estate Software industry preferred
