Description:
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, Vaseline and B&W Canada, you will lead the deployment of Vaseline Influencer programs for the US market, along with supporting influencer marketing programs across the full B&W portfolio in Canada. You will drive to use the voice of others to amplify brand messages to authentically build credibility and trust with audiences to drive business and communications goals.
Develop and execute a multi-tiered, data-driven influencer marketing strategy for marketing campaigns (paid and earned), always-on (paid and earned) for Vaseline in the US
Develop local influencer strategies and execution for the B&W portfolio in Canada, working in partnership with the brand marketing teams
Execute influencer content across all social media and digital platforms against key KPIs such as increased impressions, engagement, conversion, and positive sentiment
Continue to evolve creative guidelines/briefs and timelines, approve all content, track go live dates, analyze, and track performance, and generate post campaign KPI reports in partnership with the agency(s)
Manage and coordinate paid boosting of all influencer content
Maintain pulse on current and future trends, identify innovative concepts and new areas of development
Enhance influencer programs by developing new strategies and partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and amplify the brand’s mission
Agency management and cross-functional team management; Develop and scope team projects that map to critical business goals
Work in partnership with Influencer Design and Deployment teams to share best practices and key learnings across North America
What You'll Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience specializing in influencer marketing and/ social media with paid and earned influencer content
Experience with developing best in class content with proven results
A strategist and executor with experience developing and managing strong influencer performance strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion
A data lover with excellent analytical skills who has experience tracking and optimizing plans in market
A collaborator who thrives on working together with different teams and marketing specialties to execute programs with excellence and clarity
Deeply engaged in culture with a deep knowledge of all social media platforms – able to translate how B&W brands can create relevant content for agility
Strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge of trends, best practices & innovations
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills to tell actionable stories with data
Strong project management skills: Proven ability to oversee and track multiple projects with various due dates and varying requirements and priorities in a highly challenging environment.
Existing relationships with influencers and content creators and experience communicating directly with talent and agents preferred
