Description:
Gatekeeper Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive core and strategic HR initiatives. Reporting to the Company President, this role will focus on talent acquisition, total compensation, employee development, and compliance while supporting the company’s rapid growth in the intelligent transportation and Smart City sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR goals, policies, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide guidance to senior management on HR policies, benefits, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives across Canada and the US.
- Implement and maintain employee guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in company-wide strategic planning to enhance workforce efficiency.
