Requirements:
- Bilingual - English and French
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with management experience
- Knowledge of Quebec labour laws
- Experience with compensations and benefits management
Your Challenge:
- Guide managers on how to effectively manage and resolve complex HR issues
- Participate in compensation projects and benefit programs and pay equity
- Recommend and implement best practices to manage diversity and inclusion
- Collaborate in the development of training plans
- Supervise the Human Resources team
