Description:

Required Qualifications: The successful applicant will have a university degree in Business Administration/Commerce, or other related degree, preferably with major course work in Human Resources. Experience with international recruitment processes, and knowledge of programs and processes of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Department of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills is considered an asset. Training in recruitment and retention techniques and strategies is considered an asset. A working knowledge of computer software including word processing, spreadsheeting and database applications is required, and knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems in a business setting is an asset. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with people in all departments of this organization and with external organizations. A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.
