Description:
As the HRIS Manager, you will deliver insights, recommendations, and analytical reporting relative to touchpoints impacting the employee experience; you are also a master of all people data systems/ operations, analysis, and technology. You are a 'leader and 'deliver-er', here to continue HRIS systems management at a proficient level and drive projects as needed for leadership-facing deliverables. This role also owns all things related to our people data technology and utilizes the full capabilities of our systems.
You Will:
- Own operational and management pieces regarding processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity
- Drive analytical reporting related to the employee experience [including quarterly turnover reporting]
- Launch elements touching employee surveys in collaboration with the Associate Director People Programs
- Initiate exit interview data evolution and employee turnover reporting for executive leadership
- Deliver compensation reporting
- Perform advanced reporting from employee experience tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Culture Amp, including ad-hoc reporting when needed
- Prepare presentations as needed to depict employee experience insights and clearly communicate information and gaps to leadership
- Contribute to people analytics initiatives including surveys, calendars, goal alignment, vendor management/reporting
- Build relationships across CM to further inform insights/ touchpoints within the employee experience
You Have
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a full range of HR processes and applications (Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Expert knowledge of HRIS functionalities, including query and reporting tools
- Expert proficiency in Excel and advanced proficiency in all other Microsoft applications
- A high-level knowledge of employee experience touchpoints and employee data analysis
- The desire and ability to train others on people data systems and reporting
- An excellent understanding of relative industry trends
- The ability to develop strong presentations and exceptional presentation skills to tell the stories through data to various audiences
- The experience to interpret and understand trends, gaps, and strategic correlations related to the employee experience
- Ability to inform the development of employee-facing surveys and effectively/concisely tell the story
- Ability to forecast employee facing trends [turnover, retention]
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple high demand deliverables at once with acute attention to detail
- A passion for improving system efficiency and the ability to find innovative solutions
