Description:
In this capacity you will be responsible for the following:
Business Requirement Discovery
- Provide critical support in the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements which will inform configuration activities in support of key HR technology and program rollouts
- Solicit and document user requirements , prepare design documents and validate user interface specifications
- Leverage human centered design practice s to capture the voice of our stakeholders and colleagues
- Analyze current state and provide recommendations in support of defining desired future state
- Support various internal processes in support of project and budget approvals including architecture risk reviews, business case submission and outcome delivery framework protocols
Test Planning and Execution
- Plan and oversee testing activities in partnership with Employee Experience and IT Support teams , in support of project rollouts and system enhancements
- Facilitate testing kick offs , define, and design test plans and test scripts and oversee issue defect resolution activities
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, defect triage calls and partner with third party suppliers for defect management
- Monitor, measure, and report test progress, and test completion and provide adequate data to allow rapid resolution
- To define, design and deliver all testing work , including Functional Testing
- Support Regression and User Acceptance Testing (undertaken by subject matter experts situated within the business)
- Review testing requirement for change requests , assessing the impact on test plans and schedules
