Hr Advisor

Description:

The Human Resources Advisor, Health & Safety will
develop and maintain relationships with internal
stakeholders (including the Organizational Coordinator
of Health, Safety and Wellness, school principals,
Community Education Administrators, Material
Resources, School Operations, Information & Technology,
Human Resources team, etc.) in order to better identify
needs and appropriate solutions regarding the
management of health & safety as it pertains to the
services provided by the Human Resources Department
across the Cree School Board.


CHARACTERISTIC FUNCTIONS
Supervisory Responsibilities

Participate in coaching, developing, and supervising staff
when necessary.

Pursue own professional development in order to
enhance personal and organizational capacity, as well as
meet the changing needs of the organization.
